Meet Our Staff
The Office of Housing & Residence Life employs full-time and paraprofessional staff members. Professional staff members are responsible for facilities management, programming, conflict resolution, crisis intervention, discipline, and overall coordination of a comprehensive housing and residence life program. All professional and paraprofessional staff members live on the campus for accessibility and responsiveness.

Matthew Gorman, Resident Director Matt earned his bachelor of science degree in Human Services and Health Professions from Syracuse University. While at Syracuse, Matt was a member of the basketball team and a 2003 NCAA National Champion. Matt comes to Jefferson Community College after working several years as a youth counselor and most recently as manager of a youth center where Matt oversaw programming and supervision of policies for over 250 young men and women. In his spare time, Matt serves as an assistant coach with the Jefferson Men's Basketball team. |

Victoria Brown, Resident Director Victoria began college at Darton State College in Albany, GA where she earned her associates in Business Administration. While a student there she worked in Residence Life and with Student Affairs. She is currently taking classes through Albany State University to complete her bachelors in Organizational Leadership with plans for a Masters in Higher Education. In her free time, Victoria enjoys reading, writing, painting, and binge watching Netflix. |

Megan Woynicz, Administrative Assistant Megan began college at the University of Alaska Fairbanks where she graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. While a student there she worked as a Student Assistant and Peer Coach/Tutor for TRiO Student Support Services. She is currently taking classes through Liberty University Online to complete her Master of Arts degree in Human Services Counseling with a focus in Military Resilience. Megan is married with one fur-baby named Kolsch, and in her free time she enjoys camping, skiing, and spending time with her family. |
