JCC to hold an Office Technologies Information Session on April 26

Anyone interested in a clerical career in the administrative or healthcare field may find the Jefferson Community College (JCC) office technologies information session on April 26, 2017 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. of interest. The information session will take place in Room 6-218, Jules Center (Building 6).

Attendees will learn how they can earn a certificate in office studies or an associate in applied science (A.A.S.) degree in office technologies with a concentration in administrative assistant or a concentration in medical from Jefferson.

JCC’s associate degree in office technologies with a concentration in administrative assistant prepares students to meet the demands of today’s business environment for a variety of upper-level positions. The College’s associate degree in office technologies with a medical concentration prepares students to provide administrative and clerical support within a healthcare setting.

The information session will offer an overview of the office technology programs, the college application process and financial aid. Job placement opportunities upon program completion will be discussed. Applying to JCC is free.
