RH Perry & Associates (RHPA) conducts Pre-Search Study; First Search Committee meeting

November
Executive Search Profile and advertisement/recruitment strategy are finalized

November - December
Position is advertised and Presidential Profile is posted to www.sunyjefferson.edu and www.rhperry.com

November 2022- January 2023
RHPA implements general and targeted recruitment strategy

January – February 2023
Search Committee reviews and evaluates applications and identifies top candidates

March 2023
The Committee selects semi-finalists, conducts interviews and identifies finalist candidates;
RHPA conducts finalist due diligence and reports to Board of Trustees;
Finalists interview with Board of Trustees and college and community constituents

March – April 2023
Board of Trustees selects new President subject to approval by SUNY Board in April

May 2023
The Jefferson Board of Trustees officially appoints the new President

Summer 2023
Jefferson's seventh President assumes office
