Breanna M. Scofield Named Athlete of the Week

Freshman attack, Breanna M. Scofield, of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) women’s soccer team was named JCC athlete of the week for the week ending September 5, 2021. JCC's athlete of the week program is sponsored by Victory Promotions and Under Armour.
Breanna, a 2020 graduate of Belleville Henderson Central School, is majoring in Humanities and Social Sciences at Jefferson. Scofield’s accomplishments on the pitch this past week include scoring 2 goals and having 1 assist in the team's season opening win against SUNY Adirondack. She had a stellar performance at attack.

The Jefferson Community College (JCC) Athletics program presented $4,000 to the American Cancer Society, with funds raised through its annual Coaches vs. Cancer Holiday Shootout held in December. The event brings together regional high school basketball teams, student-athletes, and the community to support cancer research, the Clinton Clark Memorial Scholarship through the Jefferson Foundation, and JCC basketball programs.
