Madallyn L. Moore Named JCC Athlete of the Week

Sophomore setter, Madallyn Moore, of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) volleyball team was named JCC athlete of the week for the week ending September 29, 2024.  

Madallyn, a 2023 graduate of Indian River High School, is majoring in Humanities and Social Sciences at Jefferson.  Moore had a dominating serving and setting performance helping her team to victory over Genessee Community College (3-0), Mohawk Valley Community College (3-0), and Herkimer College (3-0).  She had 17 service aces (100% serve completion).  She also had set her hitters to gain 28 points and provided 3 kills herself with 8 digs.  She has helped her team to a 10-1 overall record.  Madallyn put in a lot of hard work during the off season, and it shows with her 110% effort at practice and during matches and she has the determination to win and go far!
