Excelsior Scholarship Application Open for Spring 2023 Semester

Apply now for the NYS Excelsior Scholarship which in combination with other student financial aid programs allows eligible students to attend Jefferson Community College (JCC) and other SUNY/CUNY colleges tuition-free. The deadline to apply is February 9, 2023.
Spring semester classes at Jefferson Community College begin Monday, January 23 and Monday, March 20 respectively. Classes are held on JCC’s campus in Watertown, online and on Fort Drum. The College offers more than 50 academic programs. Applying to JCC is free.
Students who plan to start college for the fall 2023 semester should not complete this application. The 2023-2024 Excelsior application will open late spring.
Excelsior scholarship applicants who first enrolled in college prior to 2019 or earlier (2018 or earlier if in an approved five-year program or Opportunity Program) are not eligible to apply.
