Register Now for Condensed Late Session Courses Beginning October 24, 2022

Published: September 29, 2022

Register now! Jefferson Community College (JCC) fall late session, 8-week, classes begin October 24, 2022. Classes are held:

  • On campus
  • At the Fort Drum Army Education Center
  • Online In four flexible formats:
  1. traditional online (independent work)
  2. hybrid (classes meet on campus and online)
  3. live (classes meet online on specified days and times)
  4. and blended (independent work with some virtual meetings online)

Condensed late session courses may be taken for credit towards a degree, certificate or microcredential program at Jefferson and transfer to another institution. Students who complete late session courses have the advantage of shortening their time to degree completion and fulfilling their educational goals sooner.

Full-time college students are encouraged to take as many college courses as they can to save money as full-time tuition is billed by term rather than credit hours.

JCC’s late session courses are a great opportunity for active duty military seeking college credit for promotion and employed adults seeking career advancement and/or completion of a microcredential, certificate or degree program.

Late session classes wrap up by December 14, 2022.

To enroll in face-to-face classes, students are required to provide proof of COVID vaccination per State University of New York (SUNY) mandates. Anyone, vaccinated or non-vaccinated, may enroll in an online course.

Assistance with using technology is available for JCC students. Students enrolled in an online course will have the opportunity to navigate and explore the online learning structure one week prior to the start date of class.

New/transfer students should contact Enrollment Services at JCC at (315) 786-2437 for assistance. Active duty military should contact the JCC office at Fort Drum, 315-786-6566, for assistance. Current JCC students should register online through MyJCC.
