JCC To Hold Military Affiliated Information Session On November 29

On Wednesday, November 29, 2023, Jefferson Community College (JCC) will hold an information session for prospective military-affiliated students at 5:30 p.m. This includes active-duty military, active-duty family members, veterans, veteran family members, and members of the reserves and National Guard. Attend in-person on JCC’s campus or virtually via Zoom. Register to attend here.
Attendees will have the opportunity to get answers to any questions about college, learn about the admissions process, tuition assistance, veteran benefits, and workforce development training. College officials from JCC’s office on Fort Drum, Veteran Services, and members of JCC’s admissions team will be on hand. Campus tours will be available.
Applying to JCC is free. Student fees are waived for active-duty military members. Soldiers and their family members stationed at Fort Drum are eligible to apply for New York State funding.
JCC offers more than 60 academic programs including associate degrees, 1-year certificates, microcredentials and precertification training in allied health and more.
