COVID-19
Per SUNY policy, as of summer session 2023 (beginning May 30, 2023) the COVID-19 vaccination is still
recommended but no longer required for students attending in-person classes. Please note: students who participate in internships, externships, trainings and
classes at clinical sites must abide by the vaccination requirements of the external
site (i.e. Nursing clinicals).
For students who choose to get vaccinated against the COVID-19 coronavirus, a photo
of the vaccine card should be emailed to vaccine@sunyjefferson.edu OR turned in at the Security or Enrollment Services offices.
The safety of students and employees at Jefferson Community College is a top priority.
While not required at this time, the campus remains a mask-friendly environment and
those who wish to continue wearing masks should do so. There are many vaccination
