Scholarships
The Jefferson Community College Foundation, in partnership with the College’s Financial Services Office, administers over 270 scholarships annually, with awards ranging from $100 to the full cost of tuition. In addition, Jefferson oversees scholarships provided by the New York State government, such as the Excelsior Scholarship and the Part-Time Scholarship Award Program, offering financial support to both full and part-time students.

The Foundation administers approximately 200+ awards totaling over $250,000 each year. Submit one application, and our matching system will identify all eligible scholarships for you. The application is NOW OPEN!

Applying for Foundation Scholarships
- Complete your admissions application before submitting your scholarship application.
- Sign in using your Jefferson Network ID and password. To obtain a Jefferson Network ID and password, you must apply for general admission to the College
- Complete the online general scholarship application to be automatically considered for many of the scholarships available at Jefferson Community College
- Answer supplemental questions to be considered for additional scholarships.
- Check your campus email account for award notifications after May 15th!
