David N. Dubray Named Athlete of the Week

Sophomore pitcher, David N. Dubray, of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) baseball
team was named JCC athlete of the week for the week ending April 23, 2023. JCC's
athlete of the week program is sponsored by Balanced Nutrition.
David, a 2021 graduate of Massena Central School, Massena, NY, is majoring in Physical Education at Jefferson. Dubray’s accomplishments on the mound this past week included throwing a complete-game-no hitter. He allowed only one base runner which came in the 7th inning on a strikeout in the dirt. David’s outing included 7 innings pitched, allowing no runs, no hits, no walks, and no errors in the field. He fired 13 strikeouts in the Cannoneers’ 5-0 win.
