Brodie T. Finnie Named JCC Athlete of the Week

Sophomore forward, Brodie T. Finnie of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) men’s
soccer team, was named JCC athlete of the week for the week ending October 26, 2025.
Finnie, a 2024 graduate of Mintlaw Academy, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, is majoring in
Individual Studies at Jefferson. Brodie was at the center of the action on sophomore
night doing what he does best, scoring goals. #9 opened the scoring with a clinical
finish to the back post to get things started for the Cannoneers.
That wasn’t enough for him though, from there he was involved in half of the goals
in the match recording a fantastic hattrick and assist. It was yet another brilliant
performance by Finnie, his last as a Cannoneer, and surely one he will look back on
fondly. The program will miss him, both as a player and a person.
