Nicholas A. Spivey Named JCC Athlete of the Week
Freshman Catcher, Nicholas A. Spivey, of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) baseball team was named JCC athlete of the week for the week ending May 4, 2025.
Spivey, a 2024 graduate of Patterson High School, Patterson, CA, is majoring in Natural Sciences at Jefferson. This past week, Nick batted an impressive .500 over eight games, collecting 12 hits, including four doubles and a clutch home run. He drove in six runs for the Cannoneers. Overall, Nick posted a standout OPS of 1.312 and went 3-for-5 with runners in scoring position.
