Jefferson Community College (JCC) is proud to announce the recipients of the 2024 KeyBank scholarships. These prestigious awards, now in their second year, are presented to students who demonstrate academic excellence and benefit from financial support to achieve their educational goals.
This year’s KeyBank scholarship recipients are: Kimberlie DiLeonardo of Watertown, a humanities and social sciences major with a concentration in psychology, who received a $2,000 scholarship; Samantha Shockley of Watertown, a natural sciences major, who received a $2,000 scholarship; and Kellie Sourwine of LaFargeville, an early childhood major, who received a $1,000 scholarship.
KeyBank has been a steadfast partner in supporting JCC students, helping them achieve their academic goals and ease the financial burden of higher education.
“We are grateful to KeyBank for their continued investment in our students’ futures,” said Daniel J. Dupee, II, President. “This scholarship not only recognizes the hard work of our students but also reinforces the importance of community partnerships in creating opportunities for success.”
The generosity of KeyBank exemplifies the commitment of local businesses to higher education and workforce development. The college looks forward to continuing this impactful partnership in the years to come.
