Abigail Bombard Named Jefferson Community College Athlete of the Week

Freshman midfielder, Abigail Bombard of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) women’s
soccer team, was named JCC athlete of the week for the week ending October 19, 2025.Bombard, a 2025 graduate of Immaculate Heart Central, is majoring in Childhood Education
at Jefferson. Abby has made a habit of providing 3 assists per game this past week
with 6 total between ESF and Corning. Abby works tirelessly through the middle of
the pitch and is a key component of the Cannoneers attacking and defending. Despite
covering every inch of the field, she still had the energy to creatively set up half
of the goals scored across the last two matches for the Lady Cannoneers.
