Instant Admit Week to Be Held March 2-6, 2026

Published: February 26, 2026

Jefferson Community College (JCC) will hold its annual Spring Instant Admit Week March 2–6, 2026, by phone, in person, and virtually via Zoom. Instant Admit Week provides college-bound students with an opportunity to jumpstart their academic journey by completing the admissions process, learning their next steps in enrollment, and getting a head start on course selection.

During Instant Admit Week, JCC’s admissions team will provide personalized guidance and support as students navigate the application process. To begin, prospective students should bring their high school transcripts and any official college transcripts in their original sealed envelopes.

Each Instant Admit appointment culminates in an on-the-spot admissions decision. By the end of the appointment, students will have their admissions decision and be prepared to take the next steps toward enrollment and course registration.

Jefferson offers more than 50 academic programs, including transfer and career programs, one-year certificates, and microcredentials. Students pursuing a microcredential — a digital badge earned after completing three to four bundles of industry-specific courses — may be eligible for financial aid while attending college part time. Eighty-two percent of JCC students receive financial aid. All students are encouraged to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online to determine eligibility for grants, work-study, loans, and other forms of assistance. Jefferson’s Financial Services team is available to assist students with completing the FAFSA.

To secure a spot for Instant Admit Week, schedule an appointment online. Walk-ins are welcome.
