Employer Services

Jefferson Community College represents a diverse and qualified pool of talented individuals who can meet the needs of your organization. Career Services and Student Employment Services are the liaisons between your organizational needs and the highly skilled employees you are searching for.

Post on our Job Board

CANNONLink is JCC's employment network for students, alumni and employers. Students and alumni can look for employment and network with employers; employers can post open positions and review resumes of our students and alumni.

Employers can post jobs, volunteer opportunities, internships, and other positions for students and alumni. Employers can post an unlimited amount of positions on CANNONLink for free! We encourage employers to contact Student Employment Services if there are any questions.

  • Click on Employers.
  • Type your Username (e-mail) and Password.  NOTE:  if this is your first posting, you will be asked to register.
  • You are now on your HOME PAGE.
  • Click Jobs on the top menu bar.
  • Click on ADD NEW button on the next screen page.
  • Enter your job and click SUBMIT.

Recruit on Campus

The On-Campus Recruitment Program allows interested employers the opportunity to set up an informational table in the lobby of the Jules Center Student Commons to engage with students, faculty, and staff. Many of our students will stop by to learn more about employers and the different career opportunities they have to offer.

To recruit on campus, employers/organizations must complete the Equal Employment Opportunity Terms & Conditions Form

Career Fairs

We host career fairs for graduating students by School in the spring of each year. Invitations are sent to employers who have previously posted positions in CANNONLink and/or have participated in past recruiting or career fair events.

Campus Visits

In collaboration with our Workforce Development Division and our Academic Schools, we are able to offer employers the opportunity to visit campus, tour our facilities, meet faculty, and present to students in a specific programs.
