Pay-in-Full Housing Discount Policy
The pay-in-full option is available to both new and returning residential students and offers a discount on housing charges when paid by the deadlines below.
Discount Structure:
New Students:
- 10% housing discount if payment is received by July 1
- 5% housing discount if payment is received by August 15
Returning Students:
- 10% housing discount if payment is received by May 15
- 5% housing discount if payment is received by August 15
Students who are admitted after August 15 may still be eligible for a 5% discount if their housing balance is paid in full at the time of move-in.
Additional Information:
- Discounts apply to housing charges only and do not include meal plans, fees, or other expenses.

All pay-in-full payments are nonrefundable. If a student withdraws or leaves housing after the start of the term, no portion of the payment will be refunded.

Students who move in to East Hall in the Spring have the same opportunity for a pay-in-full discount. Please contact, Residence Life.

Rates and savings are based on housing for the full academic year (Fall and Spring semesters).
