Application for Degree or Certificate

All candidates for a degree or certificate must submit an Application for Degree/Certificate via DocuSign or through your SOAR account by selecting the "Apply to Graduate" option during the last semester of coursework. This application serves as the candidate’s formal request to the Registrar’s Office for an audit of their academic record to determine eligibility for a degree and/or certificate from Jefferson.
