Immunization Requirements

Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)
Students are required to comply with the College's Immunization Policy pertaining to measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) by the start of classes. Every college requires proof of MMR immunization.  Please review the Immunization Policy and complete the Immunization Form below before the first day of classes.  Do not wait until the last minute, as it may take a few phone calls or research to locate your immunization records.

Meningococcal Disease
New York State PHL Section 2167 requires colleges to distribute information about meningococcal disease and vaccination to students, or parents or guardians of students under the age of 18. The institution is required to maintain a record of the following for each student:

  1. Certificate of Immunization for meningococcal meningitis disease; or
  2. A response to receipt of meningococcal meningitis disease and vaccine information signed by a student or the student’s parent or guardian; and, either
  3. Self reported or parent recall meningococcal meningitis immunization within the past ten years; or
  4. An acknowledgment of meningococcal disease and refusal of meningococcal meningitis immunization signed by the student or student’s parent or guardian.

Students can use the Immunization Form to provide proof of meningococcal information as noted above.

Vaccination against COVID is recommended but no longer required. Please review COVID-19 guidelines for more information. Our Accommodations and Accessibility office is available to assist with requests for medical or religious exemptions.
