Congratulations on your acceptance to Jefferson. We want to make sure you succeed. Orientation provides the information you need to navigate college processes. Getting started is easy. To enhance your new student experience, just follow these steps.
STEP 1: New Student Online Orientation
Complete the New Student Online Orientation. This is a self-paced online orientation that provides valuable resources. All new incoming students are required to complete the online orientation before the first day of class.

STEP 2: Cannoneer Kickoff
Register for the Cannoneer Kickoff taking place on Friday August 23rd at 12:00 pm. Lunch will be served first. This will be an opportunity for you to meet faculty and students in your school of study, explore the campus, and receive JCC swag items. We can't wait to see you on campus!
If you cannot attend Cannoneer Kickoff, please register for the Virtual Orientation via Zoom. A facilitator will be available to answer your questions. You can attend on one of the following dates:
- Sunday, August 25th 5:00pm - 7:00pm
All participants in Virtual Orientations will receive a Jefferson t-shirt and a swag bag!

STEP 3: Register for Classes
If you need assistance with registering for classes, you can make an appointment with an Advisor.
STEP 4: Student Pledge
Read the Student Pledge and commit to follow as a new student of Jefferson.
