Jefferson Community College (JCC) has named the following students to the 2025 spring semester President's and Dean's Lists. The students named to the President's List earned a grade point average of 3.75 to 4.0 out of a possible 4.0. The students named to the Dean's List earned a grade point average of 3.50 to 3.74 out of a possible 4.0.

Fifty-four (54) candidates for the Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in nursing were eligible to take part in this special program.

In a significant move to support veterans pursuing higher education, Governor Kathy Hochul announced the expansion of the Veterans Tuition Award (VTA), a program that covers up to the full cost of undergraduate tuition at approved SUNY institutions and vocational training programs including Jefferson Community College (JCC).

Jefferson Community College (JCC) held its Annual Recognition Celebration on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, honoring eight retirees, five newly appointed emeriti, SUNY Chancellor's Award recipients, and employees celebrating milestone service years, continuing appointments, promotions, and sabbaticals. Peyton L. Enghusen, Watertown, is the featured Jefferson Community College (JCC) Honors Program student for the month of June 2025. Enghusen is a humanities and social sciences major with a concentration in psychology. For one of her Honors Program options, she researched how mental health disorders impact communication.
