Fourteen high school and middle school teams from Indian River High School, LaFargeville Central School, Carthage Central School, and Wiley Intermediate School participated in the competition.

Jefferson Community College (JCC) is inviting prospective students to an event they won't want to miss! Instant Admit Week runs December 8-12, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday. During this event, students planning to start college in the winter session or spring semester can apply for admission, receive an on-the-spot admission decision, and learn their next steps in the enrollment process.

Jefferson Community College (JCC) will present Yamatai, a dynamic Japanese drumming ensemble from Cornell University, on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in Sturtz Theater. Admission is free and the public is welcome. The JCC food closet welcomes donations of non-perishable food and hygiene items.
