Jefferson Community College (JCC) is one of 12 State University of New York (SUNY) community colleges to be awarded a $5 million Strengthening Community Colleges Training grant from the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) to increase the number of marginalized and underrepresented students entering and completing health science programs.

A new era is set to begin for Jefferson Community College (JCC) athletics as JCC celebrated a groundbreaking ceremony for a state-of-the-art synthetic turf field on September 29, 2022. The new multi-sport surface will measure 136,800 square feet and accommodate soccer, baseball, softball and lacrosse programs.
